Microsoft has stopped maintaining Windows XP in 2014, the OS has reached EOL more than eight years ago and it's more than 20 years old. You should consider upgrading to a most recent version of Microsoft Windows.
We have upgraded our client to the latest version of the Qt framework (version 6), which also not longer supports EOL operating systems. Rolling back to the old stable release of Qt (version 5), which is already ten years old, isn't an option for us.

Good one! I agree. You can't keep Voobly client outdated because of 3 people that use windows xp. Keep up the good work Voobly 2.3 is x10 times better than the previous versions with almost no freezing so thank you Chris and the Voobly team.
I installed but the voobly sound did not work, the sound of alerts, messages or when players enter the room was not heard. Check that the alerts were activated in configuration and everything was fine but the sound was not heard.

The sound works for me. Are you sure you have the latest version?
Options menu in the looby has check box for items that dont need it.

Thanks for the feedback. Now we also need the information, what you were doing, when the client was crashing. Without that information, it's rather a needle in a haystack.
hello colleagues when they launch the New Client I will be offline for a long time I just wanted to comment that I am not the only one who uses Voobly in OS Windows XP, Vista or 7 and I think it is not only me but in my case my computer is a toaster from 15 years ago years and if I update to Windows 10 I don't think I can play with good performance and this is an obstacle for some users who can't buy a decent pc at present my pc has an Intel Celeron 1.46 Gh.z x2 processor
2GB Ram and Intel HD Family graphics card
